General

Is this a subscription box?

We are still determining as to whether or not our first few boxes will be bi-monthly as they will be preorder based. We will be shifting into a bi-monthly subscription box in early 2025.

What sort of special edition books can we expect?

Our book box will feature adult contemporary romance books. Occasionally we may have a dark romance or romantasy title in our book boxes. Rest assured, we will always announce the author and cover of each book box so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting.

What will be in the book box?

Each book box will have 1-2 special edition hardback or paperback books with special edition covers and features. Each box will also include 1-2 small merch items related to the special edition book/s.

Will you reprint your special editions?

We will not be reprinting any books at this time unless otherwise specified.

Ordering

How do your preorders work?

Pre-orders will be open for 2 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Book boxes will be shipped according to the anticipated shipping date on the product listing.

Please note that you will be charged the full amount for your order at checkout.

Is my item secure once it’s added to my cart?

No! Please know that your item/book box can be taken out of your cart if it’s not purchased before your item sells out.

Can i order multiple boxes?

Sorry, no. At this time, we only allow one book box per customer unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we see that you are ordering more than one book box.

Can i combine my book box purchase with other products from your shop?

Unfortunately, special edition boxes must be purchased separate to our book merchandise. Please purchase our book boxes and shop products separately otherwise your order will be cancelled.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Please note that while we try our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, it is ultimately out of our hands. Please note that international customers are responsible for covering any duty, tax, and customs fees and these charges are not included in the shipping total. If the package is returned to us due to lack of payment of these duty/tax/customs fees, the customer is responsible for reshipment. We will not refund.

When will my book box ship?

Every preorder book box will have an approximate shipping timeframe. These timeframes will be included in the product listing, on our social media and on our Shipping Updates page.

Please note that processing times can vary depending on weather conditions, order volume and holidays. We will always be transparent if there are any shipping delays with your order.

When will my order arrive?

The delivery time will vary depending on your location. In Australia, delivery will take anywhere from 3-7 business days. International shipping may take up to 25 days.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If your book box is being returned to sender then please check that you have provided a valid shipping address and/or put an enquiry in with your post provider.


Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for orders returned to us under these circumstances. We can offer reshipment of your order which is subject to an additional shipping fee.

What if my tracking hasn’t updated?

For international orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for your tracking number to update before reaching out to us. For domestic orders, please allow up to 1 week for your tracking to update.

Book Merchandise Shipping Info

What are the shipping rates for book merch?

Please note that shipping prices are based on the size and weight of your order. Below is the flat rate shipping prices for book orders. Shipping will vary for orders that include book merchandise but we will endeavour to find the cheapest possible option.

STANDARD SHIPPING:

1-2 books: $10

3 books: $13

4-6 books: $16

7+ books: $20

LARGE LETTERS:

For orders that weigh less than 200 grams and are under 20mm thick can be sent out as a large letter in a cute bubble mailer! Large letters shipping is $4.50 but won't include tracking.

At the moment we offer international shipping for BOOK MERCH ONLY (excluding books). This is because most of our book merchandise products are lightweight so we can keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Please note that International shipping does NOT include tracking details, this is so we can keep shipping costs as low as possible. All International orders will go through AusPost as large letters.

How long does shipping take?

DOMESTIC:

Standard Post (includes tracking) is anywhere from 2-7 business days.

Large Letter (does not include tracking) is anywhere from 4-8 business days.

INTERNATIONAL:

All international orders are shipped as large letters which does not include tracking details. Large letter postage delivery times will vary based on your location. Below is a rough estimate according to AusPost.

New Zealand: 15+ business days
Rest of the world: 28+ business days for large letters

All shipping times may vary based on where you are located and delivery delays.

What is your refund/return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or reasons out of our control. All sales are final.

We will do our absolute best to package your order safely but in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at fatedpagesbookseller@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the condition of your order and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
