Book Damage

  • All sales are final. We have a zero refund/return policy. 
  • Under special circumstances (i.e. book damage) we will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis.

We try our best to protect the books as much as we can but we understand that damage to the books can happen during shipment. To qualify for a replacement or refund of your book it must meet our criteria below:

What we consider damaged and will replace:

  • torn or missing pages
  • extreme dents that affect the readability and ability to display the book
  • Significant cover damage including scratches, dents, residue or marks that affect the ability to read or display it
  • Very blurry or discoloured pages

What we do not consider damage and will not replace:

  • small dents to corners
  • creasing on the book spine
  • light scratches
  • wavy pages
  • interior colour does not fully fill up the page
  • Slightly blurry stencilled/digitally printed edges
  • Anything not mentioned above that we deem not replaceable

If your book has arrived damaged according to the above criteria, you must contact us at fatedpagesbookseller@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order to file a claim. Photo evidence of the damaged book will be required. If the damage to your special edition book meets our criteria we will replace or refund your book at the discretion of our team.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
