Order Processing

• After we receive all products we aim to process all orders within 10-14 business days. Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances and shipping delays that are out of our control, our fulfilment period may vary. We will always update our customers on the manufacturing and shipping progress for each book box via our social media accounts and our Shipping Updates page.
• Please review all order details, including your shipping address, prior to ordering from us. If you require any changes to your order please contact us here. Please note that we cannot make any changes to your order after it has been shipped.

 

Customs Fees

• For our international customers: please note that any import, VAT, tax and customs fees are determined by the importing country and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the order and shipping total.
